At Jnest consult, our research has shown that every body has an energy field they carry around .This energy field is what influence the difference between people. This explain why you meet someone and there is an instant connection or disconnection to them.

We also found out that every organization is a collection of the different energy fields of the individuals that makes up that organization. This also explains why you can feel comfortable in some organizations once you work in , and feel the complete opposite in order organizations.

We have found ways to fix this and that is why we don't just come into your organization with our slides and start training or consulting . We like to have contact with your people or an individual first. This gives us an idea of what we need to prepare for you or the organization as no two organizations are the same .
